University of the Virgin Islands- St. Thomas campus (UVI-St. Thomas)

University of the Virgin Islands- St. Thomas campus (UVI-St. Thomas) is another campus in Virgin Islands. It has six sets of different dorms. They are Western, Eastern, Northern, Middle, Southern, and Annex Dorms. Both Eastern and Western Dorms are for unisex. On the other hands, South, Annex, and Middle Dorms are for Female students. For male students, they live in Northern Dorms. They are called like that to represent the location of the dorms based on the map. The legislature of the Virgin Islands helps this university to expand the segment of technology for its economyand encourage to operate the islands. Besides, it also purposes to foster research and activities of technology in this university. This university also allows their students to do experiment in a big agricultural station located on the campus. Those agricultural concentrations are aquaponics, agroforestry, biotechnology, tilapia farming, and forage agronomy. Besides, this university also has and does the activities on the Observatory of Etelman.
