University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff includes one of top university in United States. It is founded in 1873 and also as the second oldest public institution in the state of Arkansas. This university is known as historically black university. There are eight academic divisions in this university such as: the school of agriculture, fisheries, and human sciences, the school of arts and sciences, the school of business and management, the school of education, graduate studies & continuing education, Honors College, military science and   University College. It has the icon or symbol that the symbol is golden lions the colors are black and gold. This University houses over 1000 students on campus. It is equipped with various facilities like Hunt Hall and the Harold Complex each feature rooms on double-loaded corridors and common area bath. It is also feature computer labs, snack kitchens, laundry facilities, study rooms, telephones and cable television in all rooms, and lobbies. Internet access is available in all rooms. Hunt Hall houses are for male students. The Harold Complex is for females. Freshman males are assigned to Johnson and Copeland.
