Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg or simply known as University of Würzburg was founded on 1402. It was a public research university which operate fully in Würzburg, a beautiful city in Germany. The Würzburg university could be considered as one of the oldest university around Germany among thousands of university lay on Bavarian country. It has great history, in fact it ever had been closed in 1415 but regained once again 1582 until now. It was because Julius Echter von Mesperlbrunn who decided to reopened that university. It explains why the University of Würzburg had Julius’s names on its official name. Julius Maximilian University if Würzburg also becomes a part of U15 group of research intensive German universities. It is considered as best leading universities with more than 28,000 students, spread in 8 faculties, including: catholic theology, biology, chemistry and pharmacy, physic, computer science, economic, humanity, mathematics and so on.
