Buckinghamshire New University is a public university in thee United Kingdom that has campuses in High Wycombe and Uxbridge. Originally, it was founded as the School of Science and Art in 1891. It was established with public funds that are raised from the tax on beer. In 1999, it was awarded the status of University College by the Government. It is one of universities that offer a degree in Policing. It is one of two universities in the United Kingdom that offer foundation degree in policing for pre-entry route of Police careers.

There are many kinds of accommodation at Bucks New University including the student village, halls of residence, and managed houses. The Brook Street Hall has 396 rooms. It is located opposite High Wycombe station. The students will just take 5 minutes’ walk from the campus. With 15 minutes’ walk, the student can enter Hughenden Park Student Village that has 410 student rooms.
