WSU Spokane campus (WSU-Spokane or Spokane) is the urban branch campus of Washington State University, a land-grant research university founded in 1890. WSU Spokane is the designated Health Science Campus for Washington State University. It is located on 48 acres on the edge of downtown Spokane, Washington. It is established in 1989. This university has 1,576 students. This campus have some programs, they are; programs in Medical Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Health Policy and Administration, Speech and Hearing Sciences, Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, Education and Criminal Justice. After that, it is site of the WWAMI Medical Education Program. It also ever to do research occurs in sleep and performance, cancer, mental health, molecular biosciences and substance abuse. 400 people at WSU Spokane and serve nearly 1,400 students that is employed in this university, both graduate and undergraduate as programs in education and criminal justice. This university successfully applied for federal teaching health center funding for six new medical residency slots.
