University of Wisconsin- Stout is a four-year college that is located in Menomonie, Wisconsin. A member of the University of Wisconsin System, it enrolls more than 9,300 students. This university was founded in 1891 and named in honor of its founder, lumber magnate James Huff Stout. It is also known as UW–Stout or Stout. UW–Stout offers 50 undergraduate majors, 26 graduate majors, and 53 minors. UW–Stout offers three terminal degree programs such as the Master of Fine Arts in Design, the Educational Specialist degree in both School Psychology and Career and Technical Education, and the Doctor of Education in Career and Technical Education. It is made up of two parts those are a main campus and north campus, which is mostly residence halls and dining and health facilities. This campus is 124 acres (50 ha) with 25 major academic and administrative buildings, 20 residence halls, and 245 laboratories.
