State University System of Florida established in 1905 as a public university system with the overall number of students more than 337 500 in 2013. We will found 12 universities that are members of the system, and if we do the calculation together with the Florida College System, then we will have 28 Florida colleges and state colleges. The system has its headquarters in Tallahassee, Florida, US, led by a chancellor. 12 universities that are members of the system are: Florida A & M University, Florida Atlantic University, Florida Gulf Coast University, Florida International University, Florida Polytechnic University, Florida State University, New College of Florida, University of Central Florida, University of Florida, University of North Florida, University of South Florida, and University of West Florida. Besides, led by Chancellor, we will found that State University System of Florida governed by the Florida Board of Governors which was created in 2003.
