It is located in Villetaneuse, Saint-Denis, and Bobigny, IIe-de-France. Jean-Loup Salzmann is the president of this university. It is one of the thirteen universities in Paris which replaced the University of Paris in 1970. It is also well known as University of Paris North. Now, it has 23078 students; 14953 undergraduates, 7523 postgraduates, and 602 doctoral students.  Paris 13 University has two notable faculties, Claude Goasguen and LoicVadelorge. Claude Goasguen is a member of the National Assembly of France. He represents the city of Paris and is a member of the Union for a Popular Movement which was a center-right political party in France, one of the two major contemporary political parties in france along with the center-left Socialist Party. LoicVadelorge that born the 26th of November 1694, graduate from EcoleNormaleSuperieureLettreset Sciences Humaines. He is a French historian, the teacher of contemporary history at this university.
